What is productized service and why you should have one?

Today, I want to discuss the concept of a productized service...

Hey friends,

Today, I want to discuss the concept of a productized service. When I started offering digital marketing services, I found myself constantly tailoring my services to meet each client's specific demands. However, this approach led to a cycle where I couldn't focus on delivering what I was truly capable of.

That's why developing a productized service is incredibly important. It allows me to define my client base and provide standardized services that meet their needs consistently.

Currently, my productized services include social media management, podcast editing and distribution, and web design. Additionally, I am planning to expand my offerings by developing an email newsletter and creating online classes on stock investment and online business.

By expanding my productized services, I can ensure a more streamlined and efficient approach to serving my clients while also providing valuable resources to help them grow.

Stay tuned for more updates on my journey towards developing and refining my productized services.

📈 My Monthly Dividend Portfilo

Stocks fluctuate, rising and falling, and the decision to buy or sell is often influenced by these changes. However, amidst this dynamic environment, there is one asset that I am determined never to sell. My goal is to accumulate as much as I can in this monthly dividend portfolio. When I receive the dividend payout reflected in my statement each month, the emotional experience is unparalleled. It instills in me the unwavering resolve to hold onto these investments indefinitely. Below are the holdings within this portfolio that contribute to this special feeling of long-term commitment and financial security.

  • O - TTM Yield 5.06%

    • The company is structured as a real estate investment trust ("REIT"), and its monthly dividends are supported by the cash flow from over 13,100 real estate properties primarily owned under long-term net lease agreements with commercial clients.

  • QYLD - TTM Yield 8.74%

    • The fund invests primarily in the securities of the underlying index, which is the CBOE NASDAQ-100® BuyWrite Index. This index represents a theoretical portfolio that holds stocks from the NASDAQ-100® Index and sells one-month at-the-money covered call options. The goal is to generate income from option premiums.

  • USOI - TTM Yield 27.40%

    • The Index uses a "covered call" strategy with USO shares, selling out-of-the-money call options monthly. Premiums received are distributed at the end of each month.

  • TSLY - TTM Yield 45.42%

    • The fund will continue to follow its investment strategy for TSLA regardless of challenging market or economic conditions. It will not adopt a defensive approach during such periods. To achieve its investment objective, the fund will use a strategy called "synthetic covered call." This strategy involves using standardized exchange-traded and FLEX options.

  • SVOL - TTM Yield 16.88%

    • To achieve its investment objective, the fund primarily trades futures contracts, call options, and put options on VIX futures. Additionally, the fund holds cash, cash-like instruments, or high-quality fixed income securities.

  • PTY - TTM Yield 10.19%

    • The fund invests in corporate debt obligations that fall within the lowest investment grade (Baa or BBB) and the highest non-investment grade (Ba or BB) categories. It primarily focuses on intermediate maturity bonds across various industries and sectors.

  • TLT - TTM Yield 3.20%

    • The fund invests 80% of its assets in the underlying index's component securities and 90% of its assets in U.S. Treasury securities to track the index. The index represents long-term U.S. Treasury obligations.
